Established in 1996, this club was created by a die-hard group of Buick owners to give Gulf Coast / Southeast-Texas area performance car owners and fans the opportunity to get together with other Buick enthusiasts to share technical and performance tips & tricks, and the "fellowship" of the hot rod world. Through tech sessions, test & tune days at the drag strip, cruise nights, car shows, and various other events the officers and members of the HBC are striving to give area car fans an opportunity to share in the THRILL of owning some of the BEST  American made muscle cars on the road.
