Houston Buick Club
General Information
The Houston Buick Club, organized as a non-profit organization, provides a venue for Buick enthusiasts to socialize and interact with others who appreciate the performance and beauty of General Motors’ finest automobiles. HBC members own some of the fastest and best-looking Buicks in the U.S.
For the club year beginning June 1, 2008, seven members will serve as officers to provide direction for club organization and planning:

The club year will run from June 1st to May 31st. Election of club officers by club members will occur in May prior to the beginning of a new club year. Modification or adjustment to the organizational structure may be required depending upon level of club membership activities and events. With volunteerism and active participation of officers AND members alike, HBC can be a success. The normal expectation is that all members will be willing and able to assist in planning and executing activities and events.
For 2008, annual dues are $25 for immediate family household; only dues-paying members will be maintained on the membership roster and eligible to vote on club business. To remain on the active roster, annual dues will have to be paid by June 30th. To further promote the club and raise funds for events for members, additional activities, such as 50/50 jars, club T-shirt & cap sales, raffles, etc. may be held. Club income and expense records will be maintained, reconciled and reported to the membership. Routine or normal operating expenditures for the club events can / will be made by officers. As deemed necessary and fiscally appropriate, officers will determine when expenditures must be approved by the club members.
